I do agree with you on general basis but i muct confess that I have not given an expert thought to these far away happenings ( as I am not an expert on these things).
I have, however, improvised my earlier message thus, for your kind attention.

But then, in the year 2000 some few people assembled a WAR MACHINE that would go to WAR on the ideologies that make all these thing happen.
A war machine that will not fight 'corruption' but will fight the 'corrupters'.
A war machine that will not fight the 'drug menace' but will eliminate the 'drug peddlers/mafia'.
A war machine that will not fight pollution [Noise, garbage or otherwise] but will fight the 'polluters'
A war machine that will not fight 'prostitution' but will fight the 'pimps' and 'mama-papasans'.
A war machine that will not fight 'bribes' but will fight the bad/ugly-administrators.
A war machine that will not fight 'illegal mining/illegal mine owners' but will fight the system that makes this possible.
A war machine that will recognize the UNIVERSAL GOD but will identify and eliminate 'corrupted Godmen'.
A war machine that will not want 'peace' but which will fight until there nothing to fight for and/or until it is rendered unemployed.
That is when the mission of the war machine will have been accomplished and ended and will go to the barracks to relax and rest.
And they named this war machine GOA SU-RAJ PARTY.
And the army that this war machine is creating and recruiting is PPS in its self-interest.
However, PPS is an independent, NON-PARTISAN ARMY of the people of GOA who will carefully and diligently choose its WAR MACHINE from the many on display on superiority basis when the time comes to choose such a war machine on the basis of USE AND DISCARD to keep its options OPEN to choose versatile WMs to suit its agenda any time in the future, not forgetting to keep in mind that "Any Army is as good as its War Machine".

PS: This Goa Su-Raj War Machine was quietly existing without much advertisements. In spite of all its problems, there are some countries in deeper doo-doo than India.
Shown below is what happens when a government - in this case the UK - kills personal initiative and a small number of elites think they know what's good for them better than they do. But, will any of this sink into Cornel's thick head, busy trying to demonize Sarah Palin and Fox News and prop up the biased BBC, perhaps trying to deflect attention from the growing financial rot in old Blighty.
