When Goa Su-Raj Party established its website in early 2001, it put the prominent slogan on the home page "The Revolution has already begun - Don't be left out"
Because, in all essense, this Party was built on revolutionary ideas and ideals and it is a Revolutionary Political Party. Its consistency in all its 10 years of being will have proved this.
"Let them eat cake" is the traditional translation of the French phrase "Qu'ils mangent de la brioche" [Wikipedia] This was the singular shot that unleashed the avalanche of the " French Revolution " when Marie Antoinette's head was separated from the rest of her body via the guillotine on 16th. of October, 1793.
The quotation, as attributed to Marie Antoinette, was claimed to have been uttered during one of the famines that occurred in France during the reign of her husband Louis XVI. Upon being alerted that the people were suffering due to widespread bread shortages, the Queen is said to have replied, "Then let them eat brioche"
The Congress Chief Minister Mr. Digamber Kamat has not travelled the path of BJP's arrogance for nothing. Just like Marie Antoinette's words ...'Let them eat cake', his words "Eat your own votes ... I don't need them" is the shot that Revolutionary Goa was waiting for to unleash the avalanche of the Goan Revolution.
Goa will have to wait untill the year 2012 if not earlier to see Mr. Digamber Kamat's meticulously cultivated political carrier rolling into the dust of Moti Dongor, along with the political fortunes of the Congress Party in Goa that has lasted for many a decades to the detriment of Goa and Goans.
Hopefully, this Goan Revolution will settle for nothing less than Goa's own High Command rule in Goa.

"Battles can only be won unitedly. Humans in particular, and specially Goans, have too many neo-rich and semi-literates who'd never listen to advise on what is right and what is wrong. It is not ENOUGH that GOOD, HONEST citizens contest elections.
It is not ENOUGH that GOOD, HONEST citizen voters elect good, honest representatives.
GOA urgently needs 'GOOD, HONEST, DISCIPLINED SYSTEM of GOVERNANCE'.
Wherein, even a dishonest person is forced to be good, honest n disciplined, or to QUIT.
